Those of you who know me know I wear many hats; one is I am a Licensed RE Broker who specializes in Business Brokerage. In the last two weeks, I have had several business owners from NEW YORK call me and want me to find them businesses to buy in Florida. They have told me that NEW YORK has become a real SH*T HOLE state. Their words, not mine. NEW YORK is a rouge state where justice has been weaponized and businesses big and small are fleeing. I consider NEW YORK the first state to become fascist.
